Ashley brings 19 years of comprehensive accounting experience to her role as Finance Director, including 9 years of specialized expertise in the insurance industry. With a strong foundation in financial management, she has developed deep expertise in areas such as budgeting, financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger management, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance. Her accounting background is further complemented by a broad operational skill set, having also led facilities management and IT management initiatives in previous roles — giving her a well-rounded, cross-functional perspective that goes far beyond the numbers.

Ashley joined the ATG team in 2025, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a proven track record of aligning financial strategy with operational excellence. Known for her ability to bridge the gap between finance, operations, and organizational infrastructure, she has built a reputation as a versatile and dependable leader whose experience overseeing facilities and technology operations alongside her financial responsibilities has equipped her with a unique ability to align fiscal strategy with day-to-day operational efficiency.

Ashley’s academic achievements reflect her dedication to excellence. She earned a Certificate of Achievement in Accounting in 2022, followed by her Associate’s Degree in Business with a major in Accounting in 2024 — graduating as a Phi Theta Kappa member and Summa Cum Laude honoree with a 3.8 GPA. Her certifications and professional designations further underscore her commitment to continuous growth and include a Microsoft Excel Certification, a Certified Travel Ambassador (CTA) designation, the EPIC Expert Certification earned in November 2022, the Hands-On Hero recognition from the Applied Client Network, and the Data and Analytics All-Star designation from the Applied Client Network earned in October 2024. Ashley is also Mental Health First Aid Certified as well as CPR, AED, and First Aid Certified — a testament to her commitment to the well-being of those around her.

Outside of the office, Ashley enjoys traveling with her husband, experimenting in the kitchen with cooking and baking, and spending quality time at home with their four cats. She also has a passion for laser engraving, bringing the same creativity and attention to detail to her hobbies that she applies to her work every day. Most recently, Ashley and her husband embarked on an exciting new chapter, making a cross-country move from Michigan to Arizona — a big adventure that perfectly reflects her enthusiasm for new experiences and embracing the journey ahead.
